Metagov Alliance is a foundation for next-gen innovators, scientists, novel thinkers, systemic builders, nationalists, and entrepreneurs. Its purpose is to advance governance-quality institutions, youth activation, and institutional capacity building.
The Metagov Assembly is the overall governing body. The President presides as spokesperson and head. The General Secretary heads his own Secretariat. The Cabinet is where Consortium and Powerhouse members assemble. Powerhouse runs initiatives (recurring programmes with set timeframe, budgets, Chieftains). Consortium (Sarvaloka Industries' top execs) runs missions (long-term goals) with Mission Directors.
The President serves a 9-year term. The President presides over the Metagov Assembly as spokesperson and head. The President appoints the General Secretary, Chieftains of Powerhouse initiatives, Mission Directors of Consortium missions, and picks Consortium members. Chieftains are secondarily elected by the Consortium.
Amendments to these bylaws require approval by the President and ratification by the Consortium. Proposed amendments shall be published for member review at least 30 days before a vote.
